Air Turbine Spindles® maintain high speed and torque under load using a patented turbine governor. At governed 25,000 – 90,000 RPM to 1.40 hp (1.04 kW), these powerful spindles have only 2 moving parts – patented turbines and ceramic bearings cooled by airflow. We retrofit any CNC machine to mill at constant high speed 24/7 – so any CNC can be a high-speed machine.
Hand Tools
Air Turbine Tools® solve problems in hand operations. Lightweight at just 6 oz (0.17 kg) with low vibration reduces injury risk to your hand and arm. Power to 1.40 hp (1.04 kW) maintains the high-speed rotation for optimized cutting action with no maintenance required.
Motors
Governed 65,000 RPM and power to 1.40 HP – Air Turbine Motors® are ready for Lathes, Swiss Automatic, Robotics, and Fixtured Applications. Mounting Diameters from 20mm to 40mm with h7 Tolerance. Perfect for milling, finishing, drilling at constant high speed and precision.
