625X Variable Speed CNC Spindle Series
The 625XVSNS produces superb accuracy and fast results. Easily switch between the rated governed speeds of 30,000 RPM with 0.4 HP (0.3 kW) to 50,000 RPM with 0.76 HP (0.57 kW). The 625XVSNS features no shank and air feed from the rear position. Drop-in 57mm fixture ready to mill, finish or drill at high speed. Front ends sealed for wet environments (rear exhaust not sealed). Compact and powerful Air Turbine Spindles® 625 unit delivers patented constant governed high-speed operation under load cuts faster and cleaner – speeding up cycle times and achieving major savings. Fewer moving parts mean less vibration and fewer repairs. There are no gears or vanes to lubricate or burn up and the ceramic grease-packed bearings are durable. Specify angular bearings for drilling. Totally oil-free operation eliminates workpiece contamination and oil lubrication using 90 psi (6.2 bar) dry clean oil-free air.
Easily The Change Speed and Power Rating
Insert a hex key through the air shaft at the back of the spindle and turn the internal flow control screw up or down to switch between single turbine mode and twin turbine mode.

Change Speed and Power in a Moment on your CNC Spindle
How do I change the speed?
Our patent-pending system makes it very easy to change speed and power rating in a minute with our patented double turbine. A hex key fits through the air shaft at the back of the spindle. The flow control screw is turned up or down by the hex key to switch speeds, as displayed below in the red and green positions below.
