625X CNC Spindle Series

The 625XNS produces superb accuracy and fast results. Rated governed speeds available are 30,000, 40,000, and 50,000 RPM and the power is 0.76 HP (0.57 kW). The 625XNS features no shank and air feed from the rear position. Drop-in 57 mm fixture ready to mill, finish or drill at high speed. Front ends sealed for wet environments (rear exhaust not sealed). Compact and powerful Air Turbine Spindles® 625 unit delivers patented constant governed high-speed operation under load cuts faster and cleaner – speeding up cycle times and achieving major savings. Fewer moving parts mean less vibration and fewer repairs. There are no gears or vanes to lubricate or burn up and the ceramic grease-packed bearings are durable. Specify angular bearings for drilling. Totally oil-free operation eliminates workpiece contamination and oil lubrication using 90 psi (6.2 bar) dry-clean oil-free air.
