625 CNC Spindle Series
With vibration at just 0.4mm/sec the 625NS produces superb accuracy and fast results. Rated governed speeds available are 30,000, 40,000, 50,000 and 65,000 RPM and the power is 0.55 HP (0.41 kW). The 625NS features no shank, and air feed from rear position. Drop-in the 57 mm fixture ready to mill, finish or drill at high speed. Front ends sealed for wet environments (rear exhaust not sealed). Compact and powerful Air Turbine Spindles® 625 units deliver patented constant governed high speed operation under load cuts faster and cleaner – speeding up cycle times and achieving major savings. Fewer moving parts means less vibration and less repairs. There are no gears or vanes to lubricate or burn up and the ceramic grease packed bearings are durable.
Specify angular bearings for drilling.
Totally oil free operation eliminates work piece contamination and oil lubrication using 90 psi (6.2 bar) dry clean oil free air. No Duty Cycle.
